SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
For orders above 1000: Artwork color mode must be CMYK. We accept EPS, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quark Express or high resolution TIFF images. For complete setup details on offset and silk-screen printing for CDs and DVDs, click here.
For orders under 1000: Artwork mode must be RGB. We accept EPS, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, PDF, or high resolution TIFF/JPEG images.
FOR ALL ORDERS: Please send your artwork on a CD-R or upload to our FTP site (be sure to zip your files for safe transfer via FTP). Include all used fonts and graphics in separate folders. Save fonts as curves/outlines whenever possible. Artwork for CD or DVDs should not have the center hole knocked out. A layered file, flattened file, and a hard copy (if possible) is best to ensure accurate printing. Do not add your artwork to the same layer that the template dielines are on. Allow for approximately 1/8" bleed for printing as shown on the templates. We recommend setting your graphics to at least 300 dpi resolution. Files with a resolution of 72dpi at print size will not produce an acceptable print.
Please check your files carefully. In order to offer the lowest possible price with no setup fees, we do not budget labor time in a job to check and repair files. Checking your files will save you from having your order delayed.
