1. Print and fill out one of the following Order Forms (PDF) or contact us and we'll do it for you!:

2. Visit our pricing to help you complete the order form, or if you cannot find specific pricing for your project needs, please call us or request a quote.

3. Submit our copyright (IPR) form and if you are not the owner of all content on your master, please attach additional licensing information. Learn More...

4. Visit our templates page to download print templates and answer any questions you may have for submitting your artwork, or contact us if you need more help.

5. Include your master or duplicate master of your program.

   We accept all major formats including BetaCAM SP, DVCAM, MiniDV, DV, DVD-R, 3/4 SP, S-VHS, VHS, VHS-C, Super 8mm film, 8mm film, 16mm film, Digital8, Hi-8mm, or regular 8mm video tape.

6. Enclose payment or Credit Card # (kept secure). PLEASE NOTE: We begin production once we've received all necessary materials and information (master tape/disc, IPR form, artwork, payment, and order form/instructions). We will contact you if we have any questions concerning your order.
