Do you want to reproduce a VHS, CD, or DVD that has copyrighted material? If you own the rights for reproduction or have obtained permission to do so (with proof of licensing), then we have no problem copying your media as long as you follow these simple steps:

1. For all orders, we require a completed and signed Intellectual Property Rights form. This form protects the rights of all copyright owners which may include you. Just print it out, complete both pages, sign, and send in with your order. (Note: Be sure to list every audio track, publisher, and IPR owner on page two. If your audio is royalty free, please note the publisher/program name on page two as well).

2. MUSIC: If you do not own ALL content on your music CD, then you must also submit proper licensing via a contract from the content owner authorizing you to reproduce the recording. If you have not already obtained a contract from the content owner, you may use this Grant of Rights letter template to get you started. This letter states that the copyright owner is granting you permission to reproduce the requested publication, song title or software title.

• To complete, simply transfer the content owner's letterhead, enter your contact information, complete the rest of the letter, and have the letter signed by the content owner or authorized representative of the content owner's company. Submit this with the IPR form and your order.

If your original work is not copyrighted, you can register with the U.S. Copyright Office. When the process is complete, you will be able to prove and protect your ownership.
